WARRANTY PROGRAM

1. WHAT DOES YOUR WARRANTY COVER?

   Ebike Motor, ebike controller, ebike display, ebike ebrake, ebike PAS, ebike throttle are all in warranty. But the warranty period is different, please contact us for details.
   

2. HOW DO I FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM?

   Fill an after-sales srvice file, write the exact questions you meet.
   

   Take some videos and photos to prove that the goods are indeed damaged.

   Send us the invoice along with the after-sales application form via email.

EBIKE SPECIFICATIONS

1. WHAT IS THE BB SIZE OF THE BIKE?

   Normal bb size is 68mm.Fat bike bb size are 100mm, 120mm.

   Normal bike front fork size is 100mm, rear fork size is 135mm, cassette fork size is 142mm. Fat bike front fork size is 135mm, rear fork size is 170mm, cassette fork size is 190mm.

2. IS THROTTLE NECESSARY?

   No, pedal assist is necessary, if you don’t need a throttle, we can remove it from the ebike motor system.

   By train, by sea, by air, by truck.
   

2. WHAT ARE BUSINESS DAYS?

   Monday to Friday, excluding national statutory holidays.
   

3. HOW DO I KNOW MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED?

   After we receive the payment, we will arrange the shipment, and share you the tracking number in 3 working days.
